We are excited to announce that Phase 1 of our restoration is complete! We are happy to welcome a family business to operate a true Farm to Table Restaurant in the Sherburne Inn. Their ingredients are sourced directly from local farms, and are currently operating for brunch every Sunday from 9am – 2pm and every Saturday for dinner at 6pm (reservations for dinner are required). The restaurant will open full-time this summer and plan to obtain a liquor license! They also plan to open a Coffee Shop full time this spring.
