Stephen’s Bio

Board Member and Project Manager Steve Perrin worked as a teacher and administrator of DCMO BOCES for 39 years: 25 as a teacher of conservation, 14 as a school administrator, and four as director of career and technical education. As a member of the BOCES Administrative Cabinet, he was directly involved in a $48 million building project at the Harold Campus in Masonville, NY and the Chenango Campus in Norwich, NY. Steve served on the Sherburne Town Board for 18 years, and the Town Planning Board, as well as on various boards in Norwich and the tri-county area of Chenango, Delaware and Otsego, primarily involving business and secondary and higher education partnerships and development. His skillset includes project and personnel management, building codes, and networking.
