Having worked alongside several James Beard Award-winning chefs, he provides a unique perspective on the inn’s culinary operations and guest experience. A resident of Sherburne, Robert manages a 40-acre property where he pursues interests in craftsmanship and land stewardship, further grounding his commitment to the local community and historic preservation.
